Orange River Rafting<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our Orange River Rafting trails are owner run\u00a0 \u2013 we love rafting the Orange River Gorge as this is one of the most untouched pieces of nature you will probably ever get to experience<\/p>\n

We never exceed the 18 guests per Orange River Rafting group<\/strong> \u2013 we love to have small intimate groups on the river with also less of an environmental impact and also more attention to our guests.<\/p>\n

Our group sizes can however be larger if you\u2019re a corporate, school group or just a large family.<\/p>\n

The Orange River Gorge is the most spectacular and easily runnable white water section of the full Orange River Rafting experiences. Deep in the Kalahari, the river cuts through a moonscape of granite cliffs. Here the amazing Gariep Falls tumble into the Orange River Gorge.<\/p>\n

Paddle downriver over several days. Our Campsites along the river are as unique as the experience.<\/p>\n

The Highlight of the Orange River rafting trip will be the camping and portage into the gorge itself.\u00a0 Here we will lower everything into the Gorge +\/- 20 meters down to the River below the Waterfall.\u00a0 From the bottom of the Gorge, we paddle a few meters up to where we see the Waterfall dropping into the Gorge itself.<\/p>\n

The Orange River Gorge is a very remote destination and only accessible by foot or rafting. It is one of the most undisturbed sights you will ever witness.\u00a0 This experience will be one of the highlights of our expedition if not your life.<\/p>\n

We will also spend some considerable time \u201cmonster fishing\u201d and if you don\u2019t know how to fish one of\u00a0our experienced\u00a0guides will assist you.<\/p>\n

At night around a small contained fire, we will look up at the stars and experience a sight unlike you have ever witnessed.<\/p>\n

Our December School holiday trip has unfortunately been fully booked.<\/p>\n

This is a must for any bucket list – we also cater for large groups and families and will adapt our itinerary to fit your needs and requirements.<\/p>\n

Group sizes of 20 will be considered a private group we do however reserve the right to add additional guests to your groups once we have consulted you.<\/p>\n

March – April and May are the best months to do orange river rafting. book now<\/strong> in order to avoid disappointment. Our bookings are now also open for June and July holidays.<\/p>\n
