{"id":3358,"date":"2018-04-14T13:57:34","date_gmt":"2018-04-14T11:57:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saforestadventures.co.za\/?p=3358"},"modified":"2018-04-14T14:25:03","modified_gmt":"2018-04-14T12:25:03","slug":"stroomop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saforestadventures.co.za\/index.php\/stroomop\/","title":{"rendered":"Stroomop"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Stroomop<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Stroomop by die Oranjerivier saam met Sa Forest Adventures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Week vier van verfilming van Stroomop by Onseepkans is pas verby en met die laaste twee weke wat in Onseepkans was het dit behoorlik gevoel of ons \u2019n nuwe rolprent begin skiet het.\u00a0 Ons het die stad se sagte son en koel aande agtergelaat en bevind onsself in \u2019n woeste woestynw\u00eareld met dae wat so warm as 46 Grade Celsius word en klip en sand wat die opgegaarde hitte onwillekeurig deur die aand vrylaat. Week een hier was gevul met konstante pogings tot aanpassing sonder selfoonopvangs, met beperkte elektrisiteit, tentkamers wat soos sonkamers voel, en toilette wat snags bekruip moet word wanneer die vrees vir slange en skerpioene ons oorval. Aan die einde van week twee gaan dit beslis beter! \u2019n Vreemde, maar aangename innerlike stilte en rustigheid heers onder die individue van die filmspan. Die eens vreesbevange stadsjapies verwelkom uiteindelik die stof en sand om op ons velle te kom rus, ons neem die hitte in en ervaar opnuut die natuur met al haar mooi.\u00a0 Ons koester die tyd wat ons het om werklik met mekaar in aanraking te kom sonder tegnologie wat deurgaans in ons hande saamreis en verloor onsself totaal in elke oomblik.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<style ons hierdie week uiteindelik met verfilming op die rivier begin het. Die filmspan het die water met ope arms ontvang en die sporadiese afkoeling tussen verfilming was soos manna uit die hemel. Nog iets wat moontlik bietjie opwinding onder die dames op stel meegebring het was die nuwe toevoeging tot die karakters van Stroomop wat hierdie week by ons aangesluit het, naamlik Guy, vertolk deur die aantreklike Armand Aucamp. In Stroomop is Guy die riviergids wat die vyf dames lei gedurende die avontuurterapie op die Oranjerivier. Armand deel die volgende raakvat-beskrywing van sy karakter met ons: \u201cGuy is \u2019n regte sout-van-die-aarde-man, gemaklik met homself, sonder ego en met baie siel\u201d \u2013 net wat ons nodig het hier op stel! Sien meer van Armand in die blog-video<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die waterverfilming bring natuurlik ook \u2019n handvol uitdagings mee. Ivan Botha, regisseur van Stroomop, het met ons gesels oor die logistieke implikasies wat daagliks ervaar word tydens die avontuur van verfilming op die rivier. \u201c<em>\u2019n Normale skietdag bestaan uit twaalf ure, met die verfilming in di\u00e9 w\u00eareld lyk ons skietdae heelwat anders: Ons begin met \u2018n stywe 4&#215;4-roete in die oggende, wat maklik so 30 minute in beslag neem, dan klim ons op bootjies \u2013 met al ons toerusting! \u2013 vir nog so 30 of 40 minute voordat ons begin \u201chike\u201d. Die staproetes oor die berge verskil, maar dit kan weereens 30 tot 40 minute neem. Dan eers kan ons werksdag uiteindelik afskop<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SA Forest Adventures is een van die vennote van Stroomop. Clinton Lerm en vier van sy riviergidse (Lucas Mjwara, Jacob Mzanga, Nkosi Masuku en Jerry Thabane) swem saam met ons stroomop en sorg daagliks dat ons span veilig op die water kan verfilm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selfs in die lang uitputtende dae, onuithoubare hitte en eindelose uitdagings bly die skrywers en vervaardigers van Stroomop, Ivan Botha en Donnalee Roberts, inspirerend. \u201c<em>Stroomop is \u2019n groot droom wat waar word vir ons, dis \u2019n storie wat vertel moet word en ons is besig om self die avontuur saam met die karakters in die film en ons wonderlike span te beleef.
