Its that time of the year again when our White Water Rafting takes lead in all of our adventures we offer.. Only one hour from Cape town and you will embark on one of South Africas most extreme White Water Rafting rivers. The Palmiet is situated just outside of Kleinmond and 25 Minutes from Hermanus.

The Palmiet flows predominantly when the Cape Winter rains dictates.  Therefore with the drought our seasons have become shorter on this fantastic experience. The Palmiet white water rafting experience starts at our offices in Kleinmond where you will have a partial safety briefing and fitting of equipment such as safety gear. Most important here you will fit your 5 to 7 millimeter wetsuit. The Wetsuits will ensure that you are covered from the cold and focus on the extreme fun.  After the introductions and safety gear fitting we drive into the World heritage Kogelberg Nature Reserve where CapeNature is the custodian of this amazing reserve.

The Kogelberg Nature Reserve world heritage site provides you with the unique opportunity to experience a white water rafting river in the most spectacular of surroundings.

Our groups on the river are small, intimate and guided by some of South Africa best guides with years of experience. Your next question will probably be – how many rapids and how extreme?
